Outerwear buying guide
Rave hoodies and layers for cold nights and camp mornings
A good rave layer is warm, easy to carry and still looks like part of the outfit. Heavyweight cotton and fleece hoodies cover the cold hours without making you swap out the rest of your fit.
Camping festivals, desert nights, outdoor sets and the trip home.
Sweatpants, cargos, festival shorts or leggings.
Mostly relaxed or oversized. Check each size guide.
Weight matters
Heavier fabric means more warmth. Look for 400 GSM and up, or a fleece lining, if you camp somewhere cold.
Easy to carry
A cropped or sleeveless hoodie is lighter to tie around your waist during the day, while a full heavyweight hoodie is the one you want at 3am.
Keep it in the outfit
Pick a hoodie in a color that works with your main outfit so it still looks planned when you throw it on.
Rave outerwear FAQ
Hoodies and layers for the cold parts of a festival: early mornings, late sets outdoors and the walk back.
Do I need a hoodie at a festival?
Usually, yes. Desert and outdoor festivals can drop fast after sunset. A warm layer you can tie around your waist or leave at camp saves the night.
How warm are your hoodies?
Most are heavyweight, from about 320 to 500 GSM, and several are fleece lined. Each product page lists the fabric and weight in the Fit & Fabric tab.
Should I size up in a hoodie?
Many of our hoodies are already cut relaxed or oversized. Check the size guide and the fit note on each product page before sizing up.
