How long does it take to receive my order?

Most Rave Uniform pieces are made to order. Production usually takes 2-7 business days. After production, shipping usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location and the carrier. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Why is my item made to order?

Made-to-order production helps us reduce waste and avoid overproducing designs that may never get worn. It also lets us offer more color, size, and style options without sitting on excess inventory.

How do I find the right size?

Use the size guide on each product page before ordering. Many of our pieces are relaxed, oversized, or unisex, so the measurements matter more than the size label. If you are between sizes or want an oversized fit, email info@raveuniform.com and we can help.

Can I return an item?

Eligible full-price items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging. Sale, clearance, limited-edition, and custom items are final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

How do exchanges work?

Because each piece is made to order, we do not hold inventory for direct exchanges. If your item is eligible, return it for store credit and place a new order for the size or style you want after your credit is issued.

What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?

Email info@raveuniform.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method. Rave Uniform covers return shipping for approved defects or order errors.

Who pays for return shipping?

For fit or preference returns, the customer pays return shipping. For approved defects, misprints, or order errors, Rave Uniform covers the return shipping cost.

Can I cancel my order?

Email info@raveuniform.com within 12 hours of placing your order. If production has not started, we can cancel and refund the order. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled because it is being made specifically for you.

When will I receive store credit or a refund?

Store credit is usually issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. During peak seasons, please allow up to 10 business days. Approved defect refunds are processed to your original payment method after review.
