- How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@raveuniform.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and whether it’s a return (in-store credit) or an exchange (size/style).
Include your desired new size or style for exchanges.
We’ll reply within 24 hours with a return authorization number and instructions.
2. Which items are eligible for in-store credit?
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items returned within 30 days of delivery
Original tags and packaging still attached
Free of odors, makeup, or visible wear
3. How do size & style exchanges work?
Ship your original item back (customer covers shipping).
Once we receive and inspect it (5–7 business days), we issue full in-store credit, no restocking fee.
Place a new order for your correct size or style using your credit.
4. What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover shipping.
After inspection, choose between a remake, full refund (including original shipping), or replacement.
5. Who pays for return shipping?
Customer-Initiated Returns & Exchanges: You pay return shipping (use trackable, insured service. Rave Uniform is not responsible for carrier mishandling).
Defect or Error Returns: We cover return postage for printing defects, misprints, or manufacturing flaws.
6. How long until I receive credit or a refund?
In-Store Credit: Issued immediately after inspection (5–7 business days) and valid for future orders.
Refunds for Defects: Processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
Within 12 Hours: Full refund to your original payment method.
After 12 Hours: 90% refund (10% restocking fee applies) once printing has begun.
8. Are sale or limited-edition items returnable?
Unless marked “Final Sale” on the product page, all items, including limited-edition and sale pieces are NOT eligible for in-store credit under our standard policy.
9. What if my return shipment is lost or delayed?
Returns must be shipped via a trackable, insured carrier.
We’re not responsible for packages lost or delayed by carriers, please retain your tracking information.
10. How do I find my correct size?
Refer to the Sizing Guide on each product page for exact measurements.
Still unsure? Email support@raveuniform.com and we’ll recommend the best fit.
11. How long does it take to receive my order?
Since each piece is made just for you once you place an order, please allow 5–10 business days for production.
After printing, standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order ships. The wait is long but worth it!! Thank you for supporting us in our sustainability efforts!
12. What are Rave Uniform’s sustainability practices?
We use eco-friendly fabrics and water-based inks whenever possible.
Our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials, we avoid single-use plastics.
We partner with suppliers who follow low-waste production methods and responsible water use.
Every order contributes to our annual “Green Rave” initiative, funding tree-planting initiatives.
