Rave Uniform Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Eligibility & Timeframes
In-Store Credit Returns: You may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items for in-store credit within 30 days of delivery.
Print Errors & Defects: If your order arrives with a printing defect, color mismatch, or manufacturing flaw, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Order Cancellations: Due to the handmade nature of our clothes, we can not cancel orders once they are placed.
2. Condition Requirements
To qualify for in-store credit, returned items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
With all original tags and packaging intact.
Free of odors, makeup, or visible wear.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Report a Defect
Email us at support@raveuniform.com with your order number and, for defects, clear photos of the issue.
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with instructions and a return authorization number.
Pack your return securely, include your authorization number inside the package, and ship to the address we provide.
4. Shipping & Fees
Customer-Initiated Returns (In-Store Credit): You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Rave Uniform is not responsible for packages lost or mishandled by shipping carriers.
Defect or Error Returns: We’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover shipping for any misprints, damaged items, or manufacturer defects.
5. Credit Issuance & Refunds
In-Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5–7 business days), we’ll issue store credit for the item’s purchase price, less any restocking/return fee if applicable.
Defects/Errors: After inspection, we’ll either send you a replacement or process a full refund (including original shipping charges) to your original payment method.
6. Order Cancellations
Because we make each order when it is placed, we can not accept cancellations.
7. Important Notes & Recommendations
Sale & Limited-Edition Drops: Unless otherwise stated, all items, including limited-edition and sale pieces, are NOT eligible for in-store credit under the above conditions.
Return Shipping Insurance: We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Rave Uniform is also not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages. Please contact the carrier if this occurs.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt of your return for credits or refunds to post.
Exchanges: To exchange for a different size, place a new order after you receive your in-store credit. Due to each piece being made to order, we can not exchange for different designs.
